Hero Games

We had a great time at our Downtown Summer Solstice Festival, especially at the 2016 Kendall Toyota of Anchorage Hero Games Competition! First responders competed in a series of teamwork challenges and the Arctic Defenders came out on top!

2016 Hero Games

One of the most poplar events at the 2016 Summer Solstice Festival was the Kendall Toyota of Anchorage Hero Games! This friendly competition between Alaska’s first responders included crowd-pleasing events such as obstacle courses, tug of war, and donut-eating contests, all involving balance, strength, teamwork and a sense of humor.

Thanks to our sponsor Kendall Toyota of Anchorage and the teams who competed!
