Vendor Sign Up – Fall Events

Are you a food, art or goods vendor looking to sell your items at events? If so, we have lots events that need vendors like you!

Below are ADP’s fall events needing vendors! We have attached a link to each event’s respective form. Once submitted, ADP will contact you if space is available!

Space is limited. Vendors will be notified once an application to vend has been approved, at which point an official contract will be sent and payment collected. Approved vendors will receive set-up instructions/map layout the closer to the day of the event.

Please read the fine print on each vendor application, as some evens require vendors to be responsible for providing their own tent(s)/canopy(s) and weights.

To promote diversity of options available to patrons, ADP will place a cap on the number of similar vendors and artisans that will be allowed to participate. We reserve the right to limit the number of any similar vendors/artisans. For artists, a strong priority will be placed on vendors who are selling Alaskan made crafts/art/products. Artisans may be required to submit samples of art prior to approval for festival. Corporate retail booths(i.e. scentsy etc.) will not be allowed.

Please also note as to when registration will close for each event on it’s respective form.
