If you need additional snow removal services above and beyond just your sidewalks, Anchorage Downtown Partnership, Ltd. (ADP) can help! Get information here on our winter contract services, to check out our brochure or know who to contact.
ADP’S SNOW REMOVAL DUTY TO DOWNTOWN ANCHORAGE
ADP keeps 123 blocks (over 26 linear miles) of sidewalks in the Downtown Improvement District (DID) free of snow and ice! Clearing the sidewalks is our main responsibility to the DID; however, we can provide services to help clear more such as walkways, stairs, loading docks and parking lots!
ADP snow removal teams start their work at 5:00am each day, 7 days per week.
- First Pass – Our team aims to complete their first pass through downtown prior to most businesses opening and workers arriving.
- Second Pass – Our teams aim to complete their second pass – covering areas that require extra attention, secondary streets, and clean up along first pass routes – before the end of the first day.
- Lastly – Contract Services follow all daily routes to complete snow and ice removal & sweeping services on a daily basis!
