Anchorage Downtown Partnership has a large inventory of equipment available to rent, ideal for large-scale public events — from chairs and tables, to fencing and staging, and everything in between.

Rentals are available on a case-by-case and first-come, first-serve basis. Rental costs include set-up and take-down during normal operations hours. ADP members receive a discount on rentals. Credit card payments will include a 3% processing fee. For summer 2024, we are not offering delivery of rental equipment outside of the Downtown Improvement District.

***PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMODATE RENTALS REQUIRING DELIVERY/SET UP/TAKE DOWN OUTSIDE OUR BUSINESS HOURS. ALL AFTER HOURS RENTALS WILL BE CHARGED $100/HOUR FOR DELIVERY/SET UP/TAKEDOWN/DRIVE TIME. PLEASE CONTACT US ABOUT AFTER HOURS RENTALS, AS WELL AS OUR WINTER RENTAL PROGRAM.***

PLEASE NOTE: Event equipment rentals are less available throughout our summer events season, particularly on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, as ADP uses the equipment at our own events.
