FACADE IMPROVEMENTS
Anchorage Downtown Partnership, Ltd. will facilitate the cleaning and prepping of storefronts and buildings, available at a Membership Price! As a part of the facade improvement project, each business can choose one of two options:
- Choose from our bright color pallet of paint – no brown, grey, or beige! The Downtown Partnership will paint a solid color of your choice on the outside of your building at a Membership Price.
- Choose to hire one of 26 vetted local artists. The Downtown Partnership will coordinate contracts with these local artists – whether you want a mural, an edgy geometric pattern, or anything in between. Soon to come; stop by our artists’ headquarters in the base of the Key Bank Building (601 W 5th Ave.) to see samples from each artist!
ALLEYWAY GALLERY
Does your alleyway need a pick-me-up? Similar to the facade improvements, the Downtown Partnership is available to clean, prep and paint your alleyway at a Membership Price. Again you have two options: choose a bright color from our pallet; or use the Downtown Partnership to coordinate a contract with one of our 26 vetted local artists.
