Event Rentals
Anchorage Downtown Partnership has a large inventory of equipment available to rent, ideal for large-scale public events — from chairs and tables, to fencing and staging, and everything in between.
Rentals are available on a case-by-case, first-come, first-served basis. Costs include set-up and take-down during normal operating hours, and ADP members receive a discount. Please note:

Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee.

In 2025, delivery outside of downtown will not be offered except under special circumstances.

Event equipment is prioritized for ADP’s own events and is unavailable during Live After Five, Summer Solstice, and similar major events.
