Membership

The Anchorage Downtown Partnership is a nonprofit membership organization focused on creating a clean, safe, and vital downtown. We believe when downtown thrives, the whole city flourishes. Our organization is comprised of over 800 member property and business owners in downtown. While our members join Anchorage Downtown Partnership, Ltd. for different reasons, they all share a love of downtown and a desire to help shape our city.

Membership with Anchorage Downtown Partnership is a direct investment into the health and economic vitality of downtown – as downtown prospers, so too does your business. Becoming a member ensures your involvement in downtown revitalization efforts and means you will stay up to date on development and business news, public projects, and events. 

Here’s a current list of benefits offered to ADP Members:

  • Discounts provided by ADP members for other ADP members – exclusive deals on goods and services are offered by ADP Members, for ADP Members. When you join our community, we take care of you! This includes a special (and steep) discount on promotional airtime with our friends at Ohana Media Group and a discount on security contracts downtown from 907 Tactical.   • Equipment rental discounts – as a dues-paying ADP Member, you’ll get to enjoy exclusive discounts on all of our event rentals. Learn more here.
  • Newsletters – Our Membership newsletter provides updates on downtown business and development news, proposed and enacted legislation, public projects, advocacy, and more. ADP Members also have the opportunity to promote special events, deals, and more, in our General Newsletter to which over 2,800 people subscribe.
  • Invitation to meetings – ADP convenes members throughout the year on topics such as public safety and downtown projects. At our annual meeting, usually held in early December, members vote in our annual elections for Board of Directors seats.

Become A Member:

All assessment-paying property owners are automatically members of the Anchorage Downtown Partnership. Downtown businesses who lease their space and partner organizations who are invested in downtown’s future can become voluntary members, through signing up and paying annual dues.

Individual Membership: $75
0-10 employees: $250
11-25 employees: $325
26-50 employees: $500
51-99 employees: $700
100-499 employees: $1,200
500+ employees: $2,200
